Age Group Transition requirements: Minimum Age: 11 years

Age Group Transition:

Focus – Is an 11 and over group that focuses on bridging the gap between age group and pre-senior lever training. This group will be focusing on building proper technique along with the swimmers endurance.

• Minimum Age: 11 years
• Able to swim all strokes legally demonstrating quality stroke mechanics and demonstrating proper technique on all turns and finishes.
